About Us
We are a mother and daughter duo of martial artists who have been practicing martial arts since 1982 and 1997, respectively. We have over 70 years of combined martial arts experienced in multiple martial arts.
Sensei Haley Holm
Sensei Haley is the owner of Holm Martial Arts, and she has been practicing martial arts formally since 1997. She earned her black belt in Tang Soo Do from Sensei Dave Macomber in 2006, and has been continuously practicing with her family ever since.
Sensei Kristi Holm
Sensei Kristi has been practicing martial arts in a variety of styles since 1982, and has a black belt in Kenpo under Steve Spry, and a black belt in Tang Soo Do under Sensei Dave Macomber. She has also reached the rank of Guro in Kali/Eskrima, teaching at UCSB for eight years.
